Wisenguard ("Wisenguard," "we," "our," or "us"), an AI venture built on the Formaloo platform, prepared this Privacy Policy to explain how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information in connection with: (i) ai.shiraz.vc, its subdomains and related websites where this policy is posted; (ii) our managed operations service; and (iii) our software, including dashboards, mobile experiences, APIs, reports, and tools (together, the "Services").
This policy describes our practices for information we control as a business. For Customer Data that restaurants submit to the Services, we generally act as a processor on the customer's behalf, as described in Section 4 and the applicable agreement.
1. Information you provide
Account and profile information
When you register, create or modify a profile, or contact us, we collect information such as your name, company name, role, email address, phone number, and the locations you operate.
Demo and contact requests
When you book a demo or fill in a form, we collect the details you submit (for example, name, work email, company, number of locations, business type, and what you'd like to solve) so we can respond and follow up. Forms on our site may be powered by Formaloo.
Communications
We keep records of your communications with us, including support requests and messages exchanged over email, SMS, or messaging platforms such as WhatsApp.
2. Information we collect automatically
When you use the Services, we automatically collect certain information, including IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring pages, and usage patterns. We collect this using cookies and similar technologies (see Section 6).
3. How we use information
- provide, operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Services;
- respond to demo requests, communicate with you, and provide support;
- generate analyses, recommendations, reports, and compliance documentation;
- personalize your experience and develop new features;
- monitor and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents;
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service; and
- send you service and, where permitted, marketing communications (you can opt out at any time).
4. Customer Data you submit to the Services
To deliver the Services, our customers submit operational data such as POS exports, supplier invoices, sales and recipe data, checklists, food-safety and temperature logs, photos, and incident records ("Customer Data"). We process Customer Data on the customer's behalf to provide the Services, under the instructions set out in the applicable agreement. The customer is responsible for ensuring they have the right to provide this data, including any personal information it may contain about their staff or guests.
5. How AI processing works
Some Services use artificial intelligence, including third-party AI models, to read documents, detect anomalies, draft reports and responses, and generate recommendations. We use reputable AI providers as subprocessors and do not permit Customer Data to be used to train third-party public foundation models. We may use aggregated and anonymized data, which does not identify you or any individual, to improve our models, build benchmarks, and operate the Services.
6. Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, measure performance, and understand how the Services are used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect functionality.
7. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as follows:
- Service providers and subprocessors — including the Formaloo platform, cloud hosting, AI model providers, messaging and email providers, and analytics, who process information on our behalf under appropriate confidentiality and data-protection obligations;
- Integrations you enable — such as POS and delivery platforms, where you direct us to exchange data;
- Legal and safety — where required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Wisenguard, our customers, or others; and
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
8. Data retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Customer Data is retained according to the applicable agreement; on termination we make it available for export for a limited period and then delete or anonymize it.
9. Security
We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and the secure infrastructure of the Formaloo platform. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. International transfers
We may process and store information in countries other than the one in which you reside. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers of personal information.
11. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link.
12. Children's privacy
The Services are intended for business use and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

The Services may link to third-party websites and services that we do not control. This policy does not apply to them, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
